Today’s bake. Practicing a different score design. I think it turned out pretty good! A sharp blade and deeper cut made a big difference.

Hello Everyone! I am a new member to The Baking Network and am very new to sourdough baking. I started last spring when everything was shut down due to Covid. I made some sourdough zucchini bread a couple of weeks ago. The recipe came from an old La Lethe League cookbook called “Whole Foods for the Whole Family”. I thought it turned out great!
