Now I’m not sure if my recipe had a mistake or if there isn’t supposed to be salt in Tsureki. Here is my salt-less Tsureki flavored with mastic(tree resin) and mahleb (cherry pit kernels.)</p>

We had Hawaiian, jalapeno popper, a spinach/artichoke/chicken, a chicken/caramelized onion/sundried tomato and a pepperoni/pepperoncini/caramelized onion.  It was a LOT of baking but they came out great! I used Teresa&#8217;s 100% sourdough formula from her pizza course. 😀 </p>

I did have a difficult time getting the top of the focaccia to brown at all so I had to turn the broiler on low toward the end of the bake.
