No Bannetons??

It’s been hard to find bannetons lately, because everyone stuck at home right now has decided to bake. Some types of baking equipment is back ordered and hard to get. I put together this video not only to give you some ideas, but to also show you how to use other things around your kitchen to hold your dough while it’s final proofing.
