Sourdough Almond and Orange Cookies
Mix all the ingredients together. Make a soft dough, the consistency should be pliable.
Cover in cling wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.
Remove from fridge and let soften a bit at room temperature.
Roll dough 1/8th inch thickness between 2 sheets of the parchment paper.
Once its rolled cut cookies with the shape you like either by a cookie cutter or just by knife.
Gently lift and shift to the parchment lined baking tray.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 340F/170C until edges are lightly golden brown. Watch carefully.
Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
