Professional Baking Workshop 1C

This workshop is un-edited. So skip ahead if you don’t care for the pauses. Although it may seem a bit longer this way, you actually get to join in a real live workshop and experience it the way it actually was. This workshop was given by Michael Eggebrecht and Jesse Dodson at the Kneading Conference West at Mt. Vernon WA in 2011. It was called Professional Baking. They are both professional bakers. The bread made during the this workshop went to feed the hundreds of students who attended the various workshops given over the course of three days.
