Honey Cinnamon Breakfast Cornbread

 45 g Cornmeal finely ground6 Tablespoons
 67 g All-purpose flour1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 ½ tsp Salt
 2 g Baking powder2 teaspoons
 50 g Sugar1/4 cup
 40 g Honey2 Tablespoons
 123 g Milk1/2 cup
 1 Egg
 56 g Melted butter1/4 cup

Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl stir together cornmeal, flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.

In a separate bowl whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, honey and sugar.

Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir just until combined.

Pour batter into a greased 8" square baking pan and bake at 350F/177C for approximately 20 min or until golden browned and barely just set on top.

Serve hot, cut into squares, with butter and syrup or fresh fruit and whipped cream.
