Asiago Cracked Black Pepper Loaf
This tangy and peppery sourdough loaf is great at breakfast toasted with eggs or fresh baked with butter alongside a pasta dish. Asiago does not melt well so the pieces of cheese won’t dissolve into the bread. Feel free to cut the cubes smaller to keep them more contained if you plan to use it for toast.
