In the late summer when berries are abundant, it’s time to make pie! This pie has mixed blackberries and blueberries but you can use any type of berries you like. Lower acid berries might need a touch of lemon juice to get that tangy sweet flavor that is so good in a berry pie. You can also make sure to use a few slightly under ripe berries for the same reason. Just make sure not to use too many!
