Large Batch Multi-grain Sourdough Bread

This formula is a large batch formula for four multi-grain loaves. It is a white dough filled with grains that have been toasted and soaked.

    1. Hello Patricia, I use whatever grains I have available. The recipe has the total grains/seeds but you can mix and match from whatever you have on hand. I’ve used mixtures of the following: cracked grains, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax, quinoa, chia, amaranth, millet etc. I decide how much of each depending upon how many different varieties I want to use.

      You can purchase grains/seeds on Amazon, your local store’s specialty section or at your health food store. I usually grind my own cracked cereal grains.
