  1. Thank you for this recipe, it looks like it will be wonderful to bake at holiday time for guests, however, as a newbie, I don’t understand some of the directions. What does enclose butter mean? What is one 3-fold? Pictures would also be helpful, too, if possible. Thank you so much!

    1. You are welcome! It was my very first attempt to make laminated dough. I’ll take pictures the next time 🙂 I’ll try to explain: to enclose the butter means to put it in the middle of the dough and to cover it up with the dough. 3-fold means that you have 3 layers after folding it.
